Earlier today, several users of the web app were presented with an error page during the impacted time frame impacting requests to the whole web application. Requests to API and the ability to answer surveys were not impacted. No data was lost during the incident time frame. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

The application was experiencing elevated error rates in the time lapse of 11:56 to 12:52 UTC (and 12:30 to 12:52 UTC for EU customers). Our team is investigating and this has been mitigated. The team will provide further updates once these are available.
