The Agent Connect application for EMEA customers will be undergoing maintenance starting Wednesday, Dec 10, 2025 at 8pm CET. Maintenance is scheduled to last approximately 2 hours.

During this time, the web application will not be accessible, sending of surveys and collection of responses will be delayed, and data return requests will fail.

Customers in other regions will not be impacted.
